VANCOUVER, CANADA, May 29, 2024 – Nordique Resources Inc. (“Nordique” or the “Company”) (CSE: NORD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Geoff Balderson as Chief Executive Officer and Tyler Lewis to the Board of Directors of the Company.
Geoff Balderson
Mr. Balderson currently serves as a Director of the Company and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from September 9, 2020, to September 11, 2023. Mr. Balderson serves as the CFO and director of several publicly traded companies in a variety of industries and is instrumental in managing the financial operations as well as the integrated business strategies. He is the Founder and President of Harmony Corporate Services and has been involved in the capital markets for 25 years, possessing a solid background in corporate compliance.
Tyler Lewis
Mr. Tyler Lewis serves as the CEO and a director at Right Season Investments Corp., a TSX-V listed firm. His leadership at Right Season Investments Corp., has yielded successful, long-term growth-focused investment strategies. With over a decade of experience in the cannabis and nutraceuticals markets, coupled with an accounting background, Mr. Lewis possesses a keen business acumen. He excels in identifying undervalued private and public companies, creating value and returns for shareholders, even in complex and uncertain market conditions. Mr. Lewis is a director of Green Bridge Metals Corporation, where he serves as a member of the audit committee. As a member of the Audit Committee, Mr. Lewis is committed to dedicating the necessary time to his role as a non-management director.
Additionally, Johan (Jo) Thom Shearer has resigned as Acting CEO and as a director of the Company, effective immediately. The Company would like to thank Mr. Shearer for his service and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
